RandomGinger59 Honestly I feel like the main characters are honestly Thorfinn and Canute. It'll focus on them heavily in later episodes. Right now it's still the "epilogue" so it's focused on Askeladd the and impact he'll make on the other important characters. So, to be fair, Askeladd is the main character of the epilogue and Thorfinn/Canute will the be main two after the prologue.

Djinn0o0 There is no real main character, the serie spends short arcs on several characters putting them at that time more in the spotlight of others, the last 10 episodes focused more on askelad and a couple more will do so till it switches over to Canute and he'll become the center. That's why there's no real main character, it just tells a sort of pov like center on each character for a decent amount of episodes till it switches over to another character.
