Ninzerker @mad199109 No, UFOtable isn't associated to my knowledge. From season 1 through this current season it was all handled by A-1 Pictures. Though I cannot confirm such for Ordinal Scale or Gun Gale Online Alternate (Simply don't remember if there was a secondary company besides A-1 for them). What we CAN surmise from any difference in quality is that it's being handled by a different or more competent artistic and/or animation director. We will have to see if the budget continues to be sufficient enough to uphold such a early benchmark however.

nephlock to be fair, the first season had a lot of world building and scenario setup to do. its nice to see that they're taking everything to a head with the end of season one and the start of this season

mad199109 This is going to sound crazy, but did UFOtable pick up this series? Seems like the bigger companies are starting to understand where the new-age animation is at. Beautiful boost in animation this series. As much as I hate the SAO franchise, these past 2 seasons have been rather entertaining... but this season has been beautifully animated to top it off. Good stuff. TBH, as much as I think this is great and all, last season was still a little choppy and slow. With that said, this seasons seems like the complete opposite, they've done a wonderful job with these past 2 episodes. :)
