Steins;Gate is about a group of friends who have customized their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past. blissisfake I rated this anime 10/10, it was a great surprise as I am not really a fan of sci-fi nor time travelling. The plot in itself was very interesting, the characters with all their quirks and traits are what made this anime even more pleasing. It didn't feel hollow at all; to be sure, I've added it to one of my favourites. I really loved the "mad scientist" and his relationship with Mayuri - who is actually my favourite character as she is so sweet and compassionate. The pace in itself was smooth, it didn't feel lenghty as every twists added to the mystery. I would recommend you to give it a try, it's worth it, I enjoyed it; and so you will too!

shazra This anime is perfection!! I have seen countless anime but this anime has special place in my heart. The twist, the drama the character and story building the feels are too good. And if you put yourself in the characters shoes it will be even more mind wobbling. Avoiding any spoilers would love to add that the story itself is a master piece how everything happens for a reason in every scene. Needless to say that it teaches you very important lessons about life. For anyone who is thinking to start watching this, watch a few episodes because initial episodes are story building.

moldyryebread K, so I'm not too sure why the events in Chaos;Head have anything to do with Steins;Gate, other than the fact that it does take place in 2009, a year before this series, and also a semi;colon. The description ruined my Steins;Gate experience, since I started w Chaos;Head (which is a decent show, not as good as S;G, like 7/10) then S;G, then the sequel to C;H, Chaos;Child (Which, frankly, sucked tbh) and lastly, Steins;Gate0. Don't be like me, or do, but just skip Chaos;Child, cause it blows.Steins;Gate0 also seems really unnecessary

castro by far my favorite anime yet. the more you watch it, the more you understand. this story is so well written, the romance becomes so fulfilling and so does the end of the story. you can really relate to the characters because of how they are written and the conversations flow, even though they might not be about things most people think about. there might be a few things that are not perfect, but this anime is so well done that those small things become so obselete that you've forgotten them. and some series' continuations end up ruining the show or don't compare, but the second season and the movie wrap up every loose end and completely solidify the show to become such a masterpiece.

Ichhigopro its a very good anime that has it ways of balancing mystery, danger and comedy beautifully. While watching the series weekly it was at the top of my list. I had long conversations with friends about the time traveling theory . if you like a show that you cant stop watching this is it although it has ended with out a second season as of now .
