ZhonLord Mob Psycho Season 2 takes everything that season 1 had, makes it stronger and better, and results in a fantastic sequel that blows the first season out of the water. Having truly begun his interaction with other psychics, Mob now begins to question aspects of his daily life that others take for granted – he begins to worry about the consequences of his powers, wonders why others have certain viewpoints, and in particular takes on two psychics who are his complete antithesis in different ways. You very quickly get to see a new level of maturity to our favorite bowlcut that is more than a little impressive. Reigen also gets a few episodes of spotlight in a later arc in the season, finally bringing his personal plot to a satisfying… I won’t say conclusion, because he uses what he’s learned in the finale, but definitely a huge leap forward for the kindhearted con artist. Most of the rest of the cast gets similar development and improvement, and as Claw makes its next move all hands are on deck for clear solid reasons. I can’t say much about the two main antagonists sadly, as even a little discussion on them would be spoilers. Presentation-wise season 2 ups the ante on every front. The animation goes to even greater heights and stronger emotional portrayal, the music is both more intense and more uplifting as needed, and there’s a subtlety to everyone’s facial expressions and body language that tells a lot more about what they’re really thinking. The action is even more drop-dead gorgeous than the first season. In particular there’s a teleporting enemy whose scenes are so amazingly done that I wish more shows would pick up tips from this. And the story itself is excellent. There’s three main arcs – Mob’s awakening, Reigen’s focus, and the return of Claw, and all three are excellently written and paced. And the finale to this season makes me want more NOW NOW NOW!!! If you liked the first season of Mob Psycho, you have absolutely NO EXCUSE to pass up on Season 2. Watch it as soon as you can!

CigBocks I'm finally watching it again now that the whole thing is out instead of waiting each week. The intro is very unique when you see that each thing has its own meaning in the anime. The toy figures of everybody and the lyrics represent the change that mob and his friends had gone through in this season. Mob finding himself throughout the episodes and changing drastically Is what i think is what it is mainly about. The way mob jumps from one larger version of him to the next also represents his change in emotions when he goes 100%. Over time, experiencing these overwhelming 100% emotion moments is also what helps him find himself. His friend toy figures also represents the change they go through or the support they lent when mob was going through these emotions/changes. For his boss/Reigen it was him (SPOILER ALERT, sorta) realizing how he was actually the one manipulating mob. I think that Hanazawa was the peanutbutter in this anime sandwhich that really connected all the characters. Hanazawa was also there most of the time when a major crisis was going on or just when they needed him

FlewerN Really liked the start of season 1 and the fight scenes, however the whole ending was a big dissapointment for me. Hope season 2 gets better.

Jnison The First Season was so good I'm glad that they are doing a Second, watched the first episode and can say without a doubt this is on my top 20 favorite anime's of all time.
